If you have any interest in aviation and would like be able to rent or buy an airplane and fly for fun or thinking of making flying a career the Private Pilot Rating is where you will want to start.
Upon obtaining your license you will have the privilege to carry passengers.
The great thing about training towards your private pilot certificate is that with 603 Flight you can schedule lessons as you go during times of the week that work best for you. In total you will need to complete a total of at least 40 flight hours. You may schedule lessons as frequent as you would like. Most flight lessons usually end up being about 1.2-1.8 hours per lesson. At the end of training you will take an FAA practical test to obtain your certificate.
Obtaining a private pilot certificate can be obtained in as little as a few months or be spread out over the course of a year. This depends on mostly on factors such as student/instructor availability, and weather. We do recommend when working towards a certificate to try and fly 2-3 times per week to help keep knowledge learned fresh.
